DATA CONTROLLER
The Data Controller is LAELIA S.R.L. based in TORINO (TO), Via Bligny 5, represented by its legal representative pro tempore.
DATA PROTECTION OFFICER - DPO
In compliance with the provisions of the Regulation, the Data Controller has identified and appointed the Data Protection Officer (DPO), whose task is to supervise compliance with the Regulation and to act as a point of contact with the data subjects and with the Garante for the protection of personal data. PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
Personal data (first name, last name), contact details (email, address, phone number), bank details for reservation and payment, any billing information (company name, VAT/tax code, billing address), any food intolerances.
PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
The Personal Data provided by you, in the execution of the contract between the parties, will be processed exclusively for administrative purposes, in order to manage reservations and payments, as well as to contact you for any communications related to your reservation. Information resulting from the indication of any food intolerances will instead be processed only to comply with the restaurant's service to the needs expressed by customers at the time of booking. Your data, finally, will be processed to send you, in the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, communications related to our initiatives and if you do not wish to receive such types of communications, you can indicate it by writing us an email.
NATURE OF THE PROVISION
The provision of your Personal Data is optional. However, the provision of certain data is necessary to take advantage of some services, for example, to make reservations, as indicated in the forms prepared on the website where the mandatory or optional nature of providing data is indicated.
METHODS OF PROCESSING
Your Personal Data will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the current Privacy Regulations, both through the use of electronic and automated means and through manual methods, in a manner aimed at guaranteeing their maximum security and confidentiality, and only by persons instructed and authorized to process them.
DATA RECIPIENTS
Your personal data may be made accessible, for the purposes set out above, to employees and collaborators of LAELIA s.r.l. and to third-party companies that carry out personal data processing activities on behalf of the Data Controller, as Data Processors.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
In order to ensure compliance with the principles of necessity and proportionality of the processing, Personal Data related to reservations and billing information will be kept for a period of time necessary to ensure proper management of the reservation and execution of the order, and in any case for an additional 10 years for the purpose of fulfilling related administrative and fiscal obligations. Data related to food intolerances will be kept for a period of one week from the date of service delivery, except for special requirements.
